In this post i am gonna teach you two effective & efficient ways to easily memorize your lines & show you how it's not that difficult you might make it.One method is more suited for short-term while other great for long term retention.
Note:- For short-term method there are no prerequisites things to learn, But long-term will require you to use mnemonic technique known as memory/mind palace.
Short-term Method:-
In this trick that i am about to teach you, you simply just have to write down the first letter of each word provided in your script on a paper neatly, dots & commas included.
Then just try and memorize lines by repeating them 2 to 3 times, with only those letters without looking at actual lines. Of course if you forget a word you can always take a glimpse of your lines.
For example:-
To memorize = Some people sometimes are intelligent sometimes not.
we first write on a paper like this:- S(some) p(people) s(sometimes) a(are) i(intelligent) s(sometimes) n(not).
In order to memorize your lines quickly and effectively, repeat these lines two-three times by just only looking at the letters means, look at letters and try repeating words which those letters represents, without looking at the actual words.it's really simple but super effective method/trick to use for memorizing lines.you will amazed by how amazingly this trick works. But no matter how amazing the trick it's only for short-term.let's move onto the long-term method.
:- I tried to make it clear as much as i could, but still, if you are still confused about something you can watch this video here for further clarification:-

As you know in memory palace, we need to assign specific locations with numbers, which serves as triggers for us to hook info to retrieve when needed. As i have mentioned this too in previous posts, our brains tend to remember info better if, we turn them into animated pictures by using our imagination.
By having clear these two things in mind, you can easily memorize every script or lines you want.To do that, you just have to convert these lines into pictures by utilizing your imagination & visualization. These pictures will aid you in recalling your lines. After that, we associate those created pictures, with our memory palace locations in sequence, cause it helps our brain to locate the info we want without much effort.
Let me show you example to clarify the method.
