Guys Roman room is a great system for memorizing almost anything.it's also favorite system of many people.

The Roman room is basically an inferior version of memory palace which is also used by popular fictional characters such as (Sherlock holmes from sherlock & Patrick jane from the mentalist).

Later i will also show you guys how to use & build memory palace but learn this system first!because this is easier to learn and use, also with this you can hold random information about which you get confused where to keep.so this system will come in handy & you can hold temporary info in your Roman room until you find a place for your new information.

How does Roman room system works?

In this system you just simply build a room with your imagination (must be clear) with precise details because, if you place things without precision you may mess your Roman room & it will cause problems for you to recollect data.

Let me show you my example of Roman room, your can differ from mine & that's better.

I have brown gate of steel rectangular in shape before white wooden gate also rectangular, which is main & only entrance for my room.after entering the room, the room is square, green in color fully closed. on my right upon entering the room there's a rectangular yellow fridge, which i have three figures of people i wanna read books of, on my left there's a big red sofa with golden design, a brown table is placed before it & when we look up from sofa at wall, there are three pictures with brown frame.There are also two plants(aloevera & red roses)beside sofa.the front wall contains two pictures of my close friends.Thats it!

One thing to be noted! always take a direction from which you go through the room right to left or left to right always.

How to place information?

The furniture you have placed in your room is gonna work for you like information pegs(hooks).in order to be able recall info later what you have to do, just link the info in form of detailed pictures or movies with your imagination & place or connect them on your things.

for example:-

You want to be able to recall you have appointment with your dentist just imagine a picture which will make you remember of dentist like tooth, paste, brush etc. place that thing on your furniture, in my room i usually go from left to right(direction is important).on the left side of my room there's a red sofa so, i will place big white shining tooth on sofa.that's it, easy & simple!

Bonus tips:-

• The first thing is your creativity!
• The more creative you are more better the room.

& after practising a little you can expand Roman room to Roman rooms,how?

Simple just make a gate on the corner of your room & connect it with another room put furniture there but i would recommend practice with one room first.

Help in making room:-

• Decide shape, color see them clearly in your mind.
• Now put some furniture in your room.

for example:-

              take things from your home & put it there but, be sure to put them in organized & neat way.

common things to place:-

Bed, sofa, fridge, pictures, decoration, plants etc.

Now just set a direction, you will go around your room & the most essential step is to keep it on your practice.

Congratulations! you just have learned an awesome memorization technique.It can be used to store some serious info but a room's a room, surely you can upgrade it by expanding rooms but having two awesome memory techniques doesn't hurt right? + you get to show off your amazing memory to your friends.I am talking about memory palace of course!
