improve your memory with the help of your body? - Body pegs memory technique!



I mostly make use of this system because, it is so helpful & same time easy to use.I usually use it for daily list items that i wanna purchase or remember & it also proves to be handy if i wanna instantly memorize something for short period of time.


How it works?


As i told you to have an effective recall for the items or things you wanna recall, you have to build pegs or folders to hook that info in those pegs or folders to recall it later.


Peg count?

The body peg system will give you exactly 10 pegs to hold information.we will start building with your feet & finish on head.

Let's build pegs:-

1.foot.

2.Shin.

3.knee cap.

4.thighs.

5.Hips.

6.Belly.

7.chest.

8.shoulders.

9.face.

10.Head.

Now repeat it 6 times three times down three times up!(don't skip!!)


How to hold info?


Now you know exactly which digit is which part of your body, now all remains to tell you how to hold information.
Let's say you wanna remember eggs, what you have to do is just link or connect eggs and your feet by your imagination!

Example:-

With your feet you kick a white big running egg as you kick it,it explodes and all the insides are on your feet and you can feel it with you slimy feet and the smell of eggs.

Easy!

Tip:-
Make sure you give the picture more action in your imagination.
